Back from NC late yesterday, did my laundry today (I had changed my mind). Photos were worked on tonight, but won’t be ready for another day or two. That’s all for now, g’night everybody.

Well, I’m off again on Wednesday to go to Kitty Hawk, NC for the AIAA Southeast Student Conference. I should be returning Saturday evening. I cleaned my room tonight, which is an accomplishment. I need to apply for scholarships. In general, I’ve got a lot to do, and not a whole lot of time in which to do it. Arrgh. Oh yeah, need to do laundry. It will wait for tomorrow, I guess.
The near-future triumphant return of Josh has been much heralded recently. I think that it’s actually a ploy to keep us interested in him. He’s just craving attention. First, bitch about some classes, but that wasn’t enough for him (and since everyone at Tech does it, I can understand) so he goes off and gets his back injured. He’s a master of self-promotion, I tell you. About as good as Jerry Lewis.

How interesting. I think he makes some excellent points, especially on the subject of “precedent,” but I think that the UN is not necessarily a bad idea. I think that the charter might need to be more closely looked at, and the (in my opinion, silly) unilateral veto power removed. I might have more careful thoughts on where I think the UN should go later, then again, I might not.

So I’m here doing more POST runs. My resolve once more broken by the nagging feeling that we’re so damn close. Which is patently untrue, yet I continue to believe.
Just examined a completed deck. That’s a no. Running a new one. The story of my life, just keep banging on it and eventually the square peg will fit in the round hole, provided a sufficiently heavy hammer. Speaking of, time to examine the results of liberal hammer application.
Looks like we need a bigger hammer.
On one hand, I am thinking “I should mess with POST now.” But the other side of my brain is blocking that action. I believe it just won. Taking the evening for myself.

I’m back. The presentation went well last Wednesday. Finally, the strain in Franco-American relations isn’t new…in fact, Lance Armstrong has been putting up with allegations of doping–mostly from the French press–since he returned to racing in 1999.

So damn close. Getting up tomorrow (that is, this) morning at 0700 is going to be a bitch, but it’s the last opportunity to practice before our presentation at 1500. I plan on sleeping and packing for home in the interim. Can’t wait.

POST continues it’s bastardly ways, and so with all that time I’m spending exclusively on this class, I haven’t had time to do a damn thing otherwise. I haven’t done my taxes or registered for housing. I haven’t applied for any scholarships. Generally, I’m sacrificing my sanity for this thing. Why? It is the quest for victory, my friends. I must beat down my oppressor.

Why don’t we just have a College of Athletics?
