I have trouble arguing with these comments on Hu Jintao’s visit. She fails to mention that we’re being fleeced on giant panda loan fees, but she makes excellent points about the currency trade and civil rights in the PRC.
Though I cannot help but snark, “Why should the Chinese be afforded these rights and not the Iraqis?”
